Spicy Thai Basil Chicken

“Pad Kra Pao” you can make with very kind of protein or vegetable.

Quick and very easy to make.


  1. 300 g Chicken chopped into small pieces or you can use ground chicken
  2. 1 bunch holy basil
  3. 1 tbsp cooking oil
  4. 1 tsp crushed garlic
  5. 2-3 red chilies
  6. 1 tsp white soy sauce
  7. 1 tsp Sugar
  8. 1 tsp fish sauce
  9. Chopped Thai bird chilies as desired


  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and then add crushed garlic and chilies, and fry until fragrant. Then put chicken and stir-fry until chicken tender and no longer pink.

2. Add soy sauce, sugar, and fish sauce and chopped Thai bird chilies as desired. Stir-fry for another minute.

3. Add pepper and basil leave and stir it just leaves are wilted and remove from the heat.

4. Serve with a jasmine rice and top the dish with crispy basil, enjoy!
